A young woman (Meg Gorlick) with blonde hair, wearing earrings and a white t-shirt, smiling outdoors with trees and greenery in the background.

Think of me as your new favorite third wheel — documenting your best moments, cracking jokes to get the real smiles, and helping you remember how fun this all felt.

✦ happiest by and/or in water

✦ has a song lyric for every situation

✦ will cry during your vows (and then get uncomfortable about crying in public and crack a joke)

✦ probably overusing exclamation points in text!!!

✦ guaranteed to be on the dancefloor with early 2000’s emo music

Meg and David and their dog Phil inside a vehicle, all wearing stylish sunglasses and colorful head scarves. The dog has sunglasses on and is smiling with its mouth open. Silly photo taken on Lopez Island in the San Juan Islands in Washington.

After I got married, I was honestly surprised by how I felt.

I found myself feeling a little… sad. Not because I wasn’t happy, but because I realized I didn’t want that chapter of my life to be over.

I wanted more. More of the magic, more of the laughter, more of the chaos and beauty, MORE WEDDINGS.

That’s when it clicked: maybe I wasn’t meant to just experience weddings once—I was meant to be around them all the time.

Maybe I was meant to stick around. That little lightbulb moment is what pushed me into the wedding industry (that and being absolutely unfit for the typical corporate world).

Now, I get to live in those moments over and over again, helping people capture not just how their day looked, but how it felt.

That’s how I ended up here—turns out being around love stories and making art 24/7 is kind of my dream job.

Outside of photography, life’s pretty full: my husband is my biggest cheerleader, and our dog is basically my coworker/chief distraction officer.

You’ll usually find us exploring the beach, binging a new show, or chasing the current hyper-fixation meal.
